REYNODANCE ACADEMY

• Students are accepted starting at 2 years of age (girls and boys).
• Group placement will be determined by the administration and instructors based on each student's age, level, and experience.
• If necessary, students may be reassigned to a different group during the school year to support their optimal technical and artistic development.

• Students must arrive on time, wearing their complete uniform and the appropriate hairstyle. Punctuality supports the proper development of each class and allows students to make the most of their instruction.
• Entrance: Students must enter exclusively through the academy's main reception area.
• Exit: Students will be picked up at the rear of the academy through the Drive-Thru system to maintain an efficient flow and help ensure student safety.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for dropping off and picking up their children on time.

For greater comfort, discipline, and safety during classes:

• Maintain proper personal hygiene at all times.
• Hair must be completely pulled back, keeping the forehead and neck fully clear.
• Use deodorant when age-appropriate.
• Jewelry and accessories are not permitted during classes, including dangling earrings, necklaces, rings, or bracelets that could cause an accident.

• Chewing gum.
• Bringing food, beverages, candy, or toys into the dance studio.
• Using cell phones during class.

• The official uniform is strictly required.
• Uniforms must be purchased exclusively through Reynodance Academy, as each discipline requires its designated official style and fit.
• Students are encouraged to arrive at and leave the academy wearing street clothes over their dancewear to help protect their dance attire.
• Dance shoes must be worn only inside the academy on designated dance floors and mats to extend their lifespan and protect the flooring.

• Monthly tuition must be paid within the first five days of each month.
• After this period, a $10 USD late fee will be applied for each overdue month, without exception.
• Students with outstanding balances will not be permitted to attend class until their account has been brought current with the administration.
• Monthly tuition reserves the student's place within their assigned group and therefore must be paid even if the student is absent from class.

Consistent attendance is a fundamental part of learning and development in classical and modern dance.

We therefore ask students to commit to attending classes regularly and, in the event of an unexpected or health-related absence, notify the academy promptly through any of our official communication channels.

• The school year runs from August through June.
• Monthly tuition must be paid throughout the entire school year, regardless of the date of the end-of-year recital.
• Holidays and vacation periods will follow the calendar of the corresponding school district.
